Declaration of Independence and Constitution of The Free State Of Darryl

I, Darryl W. Perry, hereby and therefore, on the date of the Sixth day of July in the year Nineteen Hundred and Ninety Five, secede from the nation called the United States of America and form The Free State of Darryl.

Article I
The Free State of Darryl shall consist of an area 3 feet square surrounding any citizen of the Free State of Darryl.
All citizens of The Free State of Darryl shall have the right to Life, Liberty & Pursuit of Happiness, so long as they do not interfere with the Right of anyone else.
Article II
It is hereby and therefore stated that all residents of The Free State of Darryl will be allowed access to and from the nation at all times.

Article III
All Amendments will be passed by a two-thirds of a four-fifths majority (or 53.33%) majority vote by all free citizens of The Free State of Darryl.

Article III
Free Citizenship shall be extended to anyone who takes the Oath of Freestatedness or has at least one parent as a Free Citizen of The Free State of Darryl. All Free Citizens of The Free States of Darryl shall retain personal sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every other power, and right, which is not expressly delegated to The Free State of Darryl.
